Dr. A's Watermelon Juice Recipe



Watermelon, remove rind and cut in chunks

Fresh Cucumber, cut in chunks

Fresh Mint, chopped


In Vita Mix or blender, add ice, watermelon, cucumber and fresh mint in any quantity you like. Blend until frothy. Add to a glass straight from the freezer for an even more cold and frothy drink. Garnish with a piece of cucumber and watermelon and even add some mint on top. This is a super refreshing summer drink, and so healthy to boot! Watermelon contains resveratrol, which is great for fighting age-related illnesses, is a great source of potassium, and is great for hydration. Enjoy!!!
