Ingredients:
Chicken Broth
Fresh Wild Caught Salmon
Kale and Swiss Chard, chopped
Garlic
Salt and Pepper, to taste
Eggs
Instructions:
Cook broth, salmon, garlic, and greens in pot until greens and salmon are cooked
Remove salmon
Drop eggs into broth and poach
Add salt and pepper, to taste
Serve broth with eggs and salmon on top
